We are scheduled to be in the JFK room on Friday the 22nd. We were to have a lecture and write a DBQ essay.
I am now aware of the JFK celebration and tribute that will be happening during our class time. I'm sure many of you will want to go.
 My problem is that we keep losing our instruction time ... with only one day this week and now this event... I will need you to embrace the responsibility for some extra work on your part if you intend to miss class on Friday the 22nd.
You will need to write the DBQ on your own next week - and it will need to be completed and turned in (paper copy, printed - not electronic) by Thursday at 3:30pm. You can pick it up Monday - so plan ahead. You will need to hand write this DBQ, on your own, observing the honor code. 
I will go over Friday's lecture topic on Wednesday during lunch - if you are going to miss on Friday you will have to attend the lecture on Wednesday during lunch.
